Support for Practice - Meditation timer

Practice - Meditation timer is a local-first meditation timer for iPhone. For product support or a privacy request, email:

This page does not contain a support form, and we do not add analytics or advertising trackers to it. Your email and any attachments are sent only when you choose to use your email provider.

Before You Contact Support

Including the following information can help us investigate without unnecessary personal data:

• the Practice version and build, if available (these are included in the optional diagnostic report);
• your iOS version and iPhone model family;
• the feature you were using;
• the steps immediately before the problem; and
• what you expected and what happened instead.

Do not send passwords, Apple Account credentials, financial information, health information, or other sensitive personal information. Practice support will never ask for your Apple Account password or device passcode.

Optional Diagnostic Report

Practice can prepare a bounded technical report locally:

1. Open your profile.
2. Open the actions menu.
3. Choose Share Diagnostics….
4. Review the privacy explanation and prepare the report.
5. Use Share Report only if you want to send or save it.

Nothing is sent automatically. You choose the destination in Apple’s system share sheet.

The report may include App/build details, iOS version, device family, coarse runtime and iCloud-sync status, recent typed technical events, and a random resettable diagnostic identifier. It is designed not to contain your profile content, meditation history, preset names, audio, Apple Account or Apple device identifiers, session or CloudKit record identifiers, file paths, raw provider errors, or persistence payloads.

Export Your Data

To prepare a portable backup:

1. Open your profile.
2. Open the actions menu.
3. Choose Prepare Export.
4. When the archive is ready, choose Share Export and select where to store it.

The App does not upload the archive to us. Protect copies you save or share and review the privacy policy of the destination you select.

Clear Local Diagnostics

Open Share Diagnostics…, select Clear Diagnostic History, and confirm. This removes locally stored diagnostic events and resets the random diagnostic installation identifier. It does not delete meditation history.

Delete iCloud Data

To delete the synchronized cloud workspace:

1. Open your profile.
2. Open the actions menu.
3. Choose Delete Cloud Data.
4. Review the warning and confirm Delete from iCloud.

This keeps data stored on the current device and pauses synchronization. Selecting Retry later may republish the remaining local data. To remove both the iCloud and local copies using the App’s current controls, delete the cloud data first, do not restart synchronization, and then remove the App from the device.
